Es una opci\u00f3n asequible para todo el mundo y aun teniendo alguna desventaja, presenta gran cantidad de beneficios a nivel f\u00edsico y fisiol\u00f3gico que son fundamentales para el buen mantenimiento de la salud en un ambiente globalizado en el que enfermedades derivadas del sedentarismo son un hecho constante entre sus habitantes.
